Virtual Tech Hub Support
WPP IT Tech Hubs, your instant face-to-face IT support at WPP agencies are evolving to support you wherever you are. We're pleased to announce the launch of the WPP Virtual Tech Hub (VTH).
What steps do I need to take?
- Start by raising a ticket at www.wpp-it.com - please allow the Service Desk the opportunity to resolve the ticket.
- If urgent, escalate your ticket by contacting the Service Desk via phone or chat - www.wpp-it.com
- Visit the Virtual Tech Hub and quote your ticket number, enter a brief description and let us know if you are a Mac or Windows user and our team of specialists will assist with your issue.
If your matter is urgent or cannot be resolved via email conversation, please reach out to us between the hours of 9AM - 1PM local time Monday-Friday via chat on the Virtual Tech Hub.
How do I use the Virtual Tech Hub?

Click https://bit.ly/wppit-vth to open a MS Teams session with our team.
- Please click the Join Meeting link.
- Use the Chat function (found on the lower right of your screen), to communicate.
- From the ‘To:’ selection, choose ‘Everyone’.
- Introduce yourself and provide your ticket number.
- The technician will respond with further instructions.
- Audio and Video will be disabled.
If you need audio and video to complete your session, the technician will issue you a private WebEx session.
Please note: If the technician is not able to resolve your ticket, we will assign the ticket to a team lead. If necessary, we will subsequently contact you to set up an onsite appointment where possible or arrange for shipping of your system.
